Rooster offering for the jewish Day of Atonement in Bnei Brak

‪Day of Atonement, is the holiest and most solemn day of the year for the Jews. Its central themes are atonement and repentance. Jews traditionally observe this holy day with a 25-hour period of fasting and intensive prayer‬

‪Kapparot ‬

‪a Jewish ritual practiced by some Jews on the eve of Yom Kippur(Day of Atonement).
The person swings a live chicken or a bundle of coins over one's head three times, symbolically transferring one's sins to the chicken or coins. The chicken is then slaughtered and donated to the poor for consumption at the pre-fast meal.‬

beautiful Rome

Rome is beautiful, old, new, romantic, sunny, classy, all of it and more.
Took my Canon 5D with a 50mm Lens, no flash. Sometimes I wished I had a wider lens, but in general I like the limitations of the fixed lens.

here are some of my views.
